Why xNotify · The connected platform

Close the distance between knowing and doing.

OUR CLAIM

A differentiated combination, not a claim that no one else offers any of its parts.

01 · One data path

One data path.

Most enterprises assemble this from a customer data platform, an analytics tool, a campaign manager, a journey builder, an SMS aggregator, a push vendor and something for rich content. Each is fine alone. Together they are a second, permanent project: identity resolved differently in each, consent recorded in three places, and a campaign sent to someone who opted out yesterday in a system that hadn't synced. In xNotify a behavioural event, a delivery outcome, a consent change and a contact attribute are the same data in one system.

02 · The combination

What the combination adds up to

You hold the controls.

Routing, journeys and content change on save, by the team accountable, with no release cycle.

We own the delivery layer.

Routing and gateways are first-party, which keeps fallback in journey logic and delivery telemetry on the same data path as behaviour. Push runs on our own network.

Voice, inbound and consent are journey steps.

A call, a keypress, a reply and an opt-in check are nodes in the graph, not hand-offs to another system. For any flow where the customer must respond, that is the difference between a journey and a schedule.

AI that can act, within scope.

Writable within the permissions you grant, with dry-run, idempotency keys, an audit trail and no delete tools exposed.

Built for regulated buyers.

Database-per-tenant for operational data, push over our own network, and in-country or on-premise deployment on one codebase.

Metered on messages.

Platform usage is metered on messages sent, not on monthly active users you never contacted. Provider charges, implementation, dedicated hosting, AI usage and support are set out in your proposal, not hidden in the meter.

03 · The honest trade

A specialist tool goes deeper in its niche than any consolidated platform.

If you already value one, keep it: the API call node, outbound webhooks and the REST surface exist so it stays in the picture, consulted mid-journey, rather than replaced.
